#SPaCE: EIKONTECH artificial intelligence for public transport management

EikonTech announces its contribution to SPaCe (Smart Passenger Center) project, an innovative system for the smart distribution of both passengers and public transport flows. SPaCe will use Artificial Intelligence technologies to detect the presence of persons and objects in not-segmented areas, thus providing 5G enabled solutions to improve passengers’ journey quality and load balancing on available vehicles.
SPaCe project purpose is to develop a system that can help public transport operators in their activities management, by analysing multiple data sets in real time. The project has been selected among around 60 applications received for the R&D public tender by the Region of Tuscany.
